Price reduction after price reduction after price reduction...are we getting close?
 
Ranging from as little as $5,000 to as much as $2,700,000 in price reductions we are seeing sellers really make drastic changes hoping that it will be enough to attract a buyer.  In many cases sellers are forced to negotiate with their lenders to allow a short-sale, others may still have a little wiggle room, but are nearing their "rock-bottom" price.  There is plenty to look through this week so enjoy and thank you for thinking of me when it comes to Real Estate here on the Southern Oregon Coast!
