$8000 Tax Credit for
First Time Home Buyers!
  • The tax credit is for first time home buyers only. (Or if you haven't owned a home within the last three years.)
  • The tax credit does not have to be repaid
  • The tax credit is equal to 10% of the home's purchase price or up to a maximum of $8000
  • The credit is available to homes purchased between January 1st, 2009 and December 1st, 2009
  • Single tax payers with income up to $75,000 and married couples with income up to $150,000 qualify for the full tax credit

This money is issued as a credit to either reduce your tax liability or add to your refund!
